The Red Rocket is the best hot sauce I’ve ever tasted, and I’ve tried many dozens across the US, picking them up during vacations and business trips from New Mexico to Maine. This is even better than my own, including my modified fermented Louisiana style. Intriguing recipe. Found a bottle in st augustine FL and now wished I had grabbed a few more bottles.
